Keeping Fit!

This Ab exerciser is very versatile and popular with my age group. That means bus pass plus! It comes with a work out DVD, but my husband points out that watching the video with a cuppa and slice of cake doesn't count! I am trying to keep healthy physically and mentally to protect my immune system. Today, I have to be honest, I got quite anxious. I have a to do list for tomorrow to keep me busy and active. We were so uplifted today by our little neighbour Georgia, who sent beautiful bubbles into our garden to say  hello! Children just get it right. Take care everyone and keep safe.
