Body

We had a couple of successful school tasks today.

Pictured, the task was to draw a person and label parts of the body. We decided to do this by making a life-size outline of CyclopsJnr and writing body parts around it.

The other task was to take photos of four flowers, find out what they were, write their names, and draw one. We went for a drizzly walk round our street to the park and back where we documented many flowers. We then selected our favourite four (bluebell, pansy, forget-me-not and crocus) and CyclopsJnr did a really decent picture of a bluebell and a pansy.

Our random topic of the day was the Isle of Arran. We made the island out of Lego trying to match the shape and features such as the mountain at one end, and we also made a Lego ferry and played at Lego people going on holiday.
