Fusion food -Indian tapas

Seem to be getting the hang of the new commute -today my train trip into London took less time than doing three stops on the underground. Each day is different.

Didn't have chance to get out at lunchtime as I had appointments booked with lots of people on my induction schedule.

On my walk back to the tube station there are all kinds of restaurants - Greek, Lebanese, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Fish & Chips and burgers. This restaurant is currently for sale - I wonder why Indian Tapas did not catch on? How about that for the ultimate fusion food?
