Safely Back

in Iceland, we caught one of the last flights out of South Africa before lockdown. It was eery at Heathrow, very few flights and few people. Only shop was open and that was WH Smiths, apparently Booths eas also open, but I didn’t see that. There was no food served, no booze served on the planes. But at least we got home. Thank you BA!
I asked the flught attendants if any BA staff had caught the illness and they said no. I thought that was rather interesting as they surely are in the most exposed jobs, besides health care health care staff.
Anyway now we are in quarantine for two weeks, no socializing with other people, how lucky not to have to do it alone.
