I understand walking your dog

But what's going on here....and is this one or two periods of exercise
Meanwhile Kassie managed 2.25 miles (and my legs ache).

Sad day - had a text late last night my friend June (the one with advanced early dementia) is in intensive care (Temperature & low oxygen) no confirmation on Covid but her husband has been warned that she is to weak to resuscitate if anything happens
