Purrfect abstraction

Petteri provided with the abstract subject for the day. Very fitting to the Abstract Thursday theme "inside"!

Didn't stay inside all day though, though perhaps should have tried harder! After feeding the animals in the morning, I decided to try getting the fallen tree (see yesterday) fall all the way down. My chain saw got stuck, which is not unusual in these situations, so fetched the spare saw and got the other one out. Unfortunately it fell down so that the tree fell on top of it and smashed it quite badly!

Took the injured saw to the shop after lunch. They were not sure at first sight, how much it would cost to repair the damages or if it's better buy a new one. They promised to call me, when they know.

Out again in the afternoon with the spare saw to cut a few other fallen trees, with Jussi helping as he had already finished school work. Noticed that actually this was a historic day: the phone company is taking down the phone lines to the summer cottages. Probably ours will follow soon. The future is wireless.

Packed more of the camera club exhibition awards in the evening. Now over a half done, though actually they need to be posted, too, before I can actually say that.
