This Was Our Guide

I liked this guy.  He doesn't look so happy here, but he was probably hot and tired like the rest of us.  He had to stand and wait every time the group looked around, then make sure we were all assembled again before moving on.  Note the soldier behind him.  They carry automatic rifles with really wicked-looking bayonets affixed.  Like at Buckingham Palace, they don't respond to the crowds - but they are seriously equipped to handle trouble.
