The bike path was too busy with untethered dogs and uncaring people, so we diverted to normal footways then ventured along the snail wall, after checking it for others. The gate to the golf course was open if escape had been required. I wasn't allowed to WFH today whilst people with more immediately necessary tasks were prioritised, so I kept these out of Nicky's way as much as possible from breakfast to teatime. I should be allowed to work tomorrow, but shall have to duck out for a bit when our long-awaited (and much-amended) food delivery arrives. It seems to have settled down over the last 24h following the initial spate of unavailable items but I wish there was a feature to keep track of your original selection and put it back in if it becomes available instead of your second or third choice substitution.
