Peace in the village

Such a peaceful scene as I pass by on my daily walk. A fine day and thoughts of the virus are put aside for a while. 
Speak to my old school friend C in Northumberland. She's coping with all this on her own too. We have known each other since we were four and we are in our early seventies now.
Speak to my uncle in Scotland. He's 96 and coronavirus wasn't mentioned. We prefer to talk of good times we've had on my annual visits.
