Be Kind

Our provincial Public Safety and Solicitor General was on the radio this morning, and he used these words. Very important these days to be kind to ourselves and others.
I have a plaque with the feather and the words on it, and I added the background texture.  The plaque was made by Cedar Mountain studios. I have three of them, and our granddaughters have a few as well.
