Spinach Tart

Day 2:
Tonight’s tea will be this tart that I made and froze last week. We have quite a bit of spinach in the garden, and the tomatoes are also home grown. Jill’s efforts over the last 2 years are paying off at this time. Nothing like picking fresh vegetables for dinner. 
NZ is fortunate that we do seem to have plenty of food- sounds like the supermarkets range of wines is a bit more limited though!

Each day I listen to our PMs and/or Director General of Health and Finance Minister’s  report - otherwise I check Dr John Campbell(UK) on U-Tube each day. He gives a great update on progress of the virus around the world. He gives it simply - I can recommend him.

Stay safe everyone- and well done for everyone completing another day in lock down....it will definitely help, and we will get through this pandemic at some stage.
