Helen

Jack introduced me to another of the girls. This one is called ‘Helen’, which is as fast as humanly possible, perform four rounds of a 400m sprint, 21 kettlebell swings and 12 pull ups.


I then walked to the supermarket to stock up as our curfew has been extended from 3pm to 6am. 


Back for 7:30 for a full day’s work. Took the opportunity to sit part of the time outside (a lovely 30 degrees) while planning resources for next week. 


It will be strange tomorrow doing the same without having to work
