This time is hard to.wake after very bad night, but certainly the least.anxiety provoking. Ran normal.route passes out daughters window! .close then, Back home safe. by 6 15 am.back to bed.
Recorded our road doing the NHS Clapforcarers, it was an emtional moment, couldn't see many but they opened their doors and windows and clapped.
im.sure it helps the iosolated too. someone is .out there and united with them.
Id.like.to.do.it.again.
