Calm day

The sun was shining today again. It was lovely. Sadly the little people are shattered from days on end in the garden so we stayed inside today. Colouring, beads, toys everywhere. It was good to reset the scales.
I went for a run early morning.
The world seems so unfair at times. The NHS are amazing though and all the people standing up to help and support others. We did the 8pm clap and it was amazing. Hats off to all the people going above and beyond.
