Beetles Nest

That wee doggie certainly loves his comfort...Flynn had just deconstructed his cubby house and put all the cushions back in their respective places....a perfect nest for the Beetle.
Yesterday and today have been spent in the garden...well the mornings anyway..........the weather has been perfect for it and the garden is looking a lot more civilized.
The sewing machine has been out and other creative ventures  are underway...and that is including a wee nap in the afternoon sometimes.

We let the cat out yesterday for a wee jaunt...he likes to roll around on the warm concrete for a while and sit under the rose bushes so we cant get to him. He caught a lizard...a big one...and brought it into the house...... wet hair and wrapped in a towel I was running around the house after the lizard and trying to get it away from the cat...Jaiya with broom and me with a box we finally managed to capture it and took it back to the garden. Needless to say the cat has revoked any rights to being outside for the next 30 years.
Not to be outdone the dog decided to throw up on the carpet...sigh!

Being in isolation for me brings so much gratitude......thankful to the place I find myself at this time and with those I love the most in the world is such a blessing and I feel for those who are displaced.......things are falling into so much perspective and again there is so many things to feel gratitude for...those things that are often taken for granted.
