Shadows

A trip to the supermarket and a walk in the woods on my way back. All of my exercise since the lockdown had been done around my village so it was ace to get back into semi-countryside. The best thing of all was to be able to sit on a bench and just listen to the birds sing. Heard and saw two woodpeckers, saw a jay, robin, blackbirds, finches and corvids. It really brightened my spirits in these disturbing times.

I do love a good shadow and this one was taken in the woods.
