serendipity

I only had one shot at this Red-tailed Hawk as it zoomed past. And I am pleased that it shows off so many features of the bird! You can see its distinct raptor (meat eating) bill, the markings on both the top and underside of the wings, a bit of the white V on the back at the base of the tail, and the red color of the tail!
A very serendipitous capture :-)
