I can't believe it's come to this

I look at my daughter, her husband, and our granddaughter and think, this is how it's going to be, for 1 month? 2? 3?  So many changes in MF and her big cousins, they'll be so different when we next get to hug them.  But worth the separation if we all stay safe.

The extra is of my bike on the new turbo trainer delivered today, means I can take the bike into the garden and give myself a good workout
