A Lady Who Lunches.
This could be a recurring caption for Friday blips since Mrs TD and myself habitually lunch at The Garden Emporium before our weekly shop. There were many interesting subjects but this young lady's smile, obvious from a three quarter rear view, had its attraction.
We went on to do the shopping for ourselves and Mrs Merlin, Mrs, not because she's married but because being a mother, even if only of a corgi, would be improper with any other title. It was embarrassing to forget my PIN at the check-out and having to beetle back home for an alternative piece of plastic. By the time I had returned there was a couple of Scottish dancers in the foyer of the food emporium but they were too lively in the low lighting to get a decent shot in the few minutes available.
Last week I tried to use Mrs M's plastic at a hole in the wall machine, a receipt was spat out but no money; phone calls to report the loss resulted in admonishments for giving the PIN to a stranger. Me strange? - I feel quite insulted.
