Yikes!

Also in Bangkok, Thailand region.  I would have thought this an aberration except that I saw MANY similar examples, if not quite on this scale.  The appearance is of a country in such a hurry to modernize that, when something older is destroyed, they don't have the time or interest in cleaning it up because they are too busy building something new!
