Friday

We didnt leave the house today, apart from going out in the garden. Ivy really hurt her foot on a gripper rod in the hall, where the loose carpet had bern pulled back. The cut was too long for a plaster so I cobbled together a dressing from the first aid kit to cover it and provide a bit of padding, but she didnt want to go out for a walk because of it.

The girls played, did some crafts and I attempted to tidy and did a little more raking of stones in the garden.

I was passed a number of an elderly couple on my estate eho are isolating and need supplies. I called them and they will call me next week when then need me to go shopping for them. I will anyway call her again Monday to check they are OK.

And now the Prime Minister, Health Minister and CMO have the virus. The world get stranger and stranger.

I think today I started to feel a bit lonely and a little bored.

P.S. sorry for such long narratives but bliofoto has turned into a journal for me and I want to try and document what this period of history was like for us.
