code name:  Lobster

our local fisherman, Joe, is offering home delivery of lobsters and crabs. this whopper arrived in my porch this morning (all safe distancing was observed).  i used half of it for lunch, with a warm lemon butter sauce and an avocado & rocket salad.  the rest is for tomorrow's lunch.
