Morecambe Bay from Kents Bank

We walked out onto the salt marsh this morning and this gave way to a wonderful view east towards the Pennines.  You can just see the train from Arnside to Grange.

From here we did a circuit on foot around Kents Bank distancing ourselves from other walkers and runners.

Home and then Zoom session with both sons - they seem to be holding up OK.  Good to see them.  Also spoke to my Dad and it is difficult to know how to help him.

We watched a very light-hearted film on BBC I-player last night - 'Man Up' with a host of good actors - quite funny.
