Chalkwell Beach, Essex

My body clock is going haywire... I fell asleep early (10.30pm) last night as I was tired but then woke up at 4.15am this morning. Not good but it meant I could get out, beat the exercising masses and catch another sunrise. There's not many nearby options on that front at this time of year as land/buildings get in the way but the tide was right for this photo at Chalkwell Beach. 

As seems to be usual around here, there were very few people about at that time, although there are a couple in the photo which could look quite confusing! :)  I feel a change of scene may do me good in the next few days... maybe some night shots.
