......desperation today! I decided to make a cake...... now as some who know me know that I used to make a cake or two in the past (about 20+) a week & sell them locally. Long time ago though.

However, I was given a lovely ginger cake recipe.....but on looking in my cupboards I had almost no syrup, no treacle, a bit of crystallised ginger & small eggs (normal size seemingly unavailable! I compromised with honey & molasses! It looks a bit odd but we’ll see when it’s cold.
