Empty Edinburgh
It was dark when I arrived at my new flat on Wednesday. Thursday and Friday I didn't go anywhere except to buy food. Today I needed some exercise and went for a walk.
After seeing posts about how busy the Edinburgh parks were last weekend (and because I wanted to feel like I was actually in this city) I walked into the city centre since it was likely to be quieter. It was very quiet.
I took a similar shot to this when I came up flat hunting in the middle of February when the world was very different. I didn't realise until I downloaded the photo that my camera was set to macro so it was blurry. At that time I couldn't stand in the middle of the road to take the photo either. Extras of a nearly empty castle esplanade and an empty Lawnmarket.
On the way home I had a quick look to see what shops are open near where I now live and spent the rest of the day talking to friends on zoom and unpacking more boxes.
