Cheese biscuits

Biscuits in the southern American sense - so a bit like scones but a little flatter. And very delicious.

Reward for many garden jobs ticked off - including the first of the lime trees pollarded. A tricky, tiring job that also requires a bit of nerve as the final push usually means climbing up into the tree.

Hence the reward. Two trees to go. Thankfully we baked a big batch of biscuits.
