Bears in the window -
We’ve joined with all the others around the world putting bears in our window, so that children in the neighborhood can go on a bear hunt.
I had to turn these inward in order to get my picture, and they are still quite dark.
The larger bear, Melinda, was given to me by my nice Kara when she was eight - she’s forty four now - when she pitied me because I had no teddy bear.
I’m not sure how the small bear, baby bear, came to me. Her nose and eyes have had to be mended a few times because real babies chewed on her.
The monkey, Mona, belongs to one of the children here now. I thought she should be in the window to wave at him when he walks by.
