Lovely quiet ride out this morning. Didn't see anyone except a dog walker in the distance. Theres lots of judging going on in the horse world about people still riding and how they're a drain on NHS resources. I feel safe riding my own horses in quiet countryside so I'm going to continue with it as my daily exercise.

Had a zoom call with a couple of friends this arvo. Was really nice and lifted my spirits. Hope you're all doing ok.
