Derelict

It's not often I do the Derelict Sunday challenge, but today I have, with thanks to Marlieske as host. Pass the remains of this stone barn most days on our walk.

Rang friends in Germany today and enjoyed catching up and comparing notes on how we're dealing with this strange and scary situation. In a very similar way, we discover! It was so good to chat. G's English is a lot better than my German - I've lost so much vocabulary without practice - but I managed a few sentences.

Today's proved to be another of beautiful sunshine, but with a very strong, sharp wind, so we were well wrapped up. Now sitting down to get my breath back, I've a distinct feeling that sleep might overtake me ... Still, that's what Sunday's for, isn't it!
