Slow Cooker Beef Curry

The Slow Cooker is getting a lot of use just now and coming up trumps every time. The above is the third visit to a slow cooked Silverside joint of Sunday, revisited for cold beef and pickle and the third incarnation as the above curry! I think that despite the gardening and dog walking we may if we survive lockdown come out the other side somewhat heavier.
