Risked a short (5 mile) run at the side of the lake today - pretty level - to test out my Achilles.  No pain and it felt really good - just a slight "feel" to it. Really pleased as to its progress.

Took a few shots at the side of the Lake whilst we ran, but the best shots of the day were taken late afternoon - just before sunset, with a few sunbeams between the clouds.
