Bordeaux

We popped out this morning to make a couple of deliveries to elderly friends, so on our way around we stopped, it would have been silly not to. This is blustery Bordeaux bay. Then back home to cheese on toast for lunch. We FaceTimed family this afternoon which was lovely. Great to see and chat with each other. We could see the sun coming low in the sky and felt so desperate to get out to take photos, but, of course we had already been out so that’s it! Will we appreciate simple things more when lock down is over? Family children grandchildren, sunrise, sunset, birds, flowers, bees, beaches, sea ........ I hope so, and be kinder, more caring, I hope so.
