Cupcakes

Today I have made my first ever cupcakes.. By admission they aren't the best looking cakes but I am rather proud nonetheless...

Every year I set myself targets of things I want to achieve, and I write them down in the front of my diary as I find it is more effective! Last year my challenges were to finish writing the novel I started, to run a half marathon and to learn some French. All of which I achieved.

This year, my aims are to get my book published (!) learn to bake beautiful cakes and to finish the cross stitch piece I started a while ago... So this is my first step to achieving one of my goals!
