New week
We've survived an entire weekend at home without venturing out at all (except to take out the garbage!) The government have been sterilizing the city streets and public transport vehicles from 8 pm to 6 am over these last few days. They are now going to continue doing this until Sunday next week. It's not ideal, but really, not such a big hardship either. We have a lot at our doorstep to keep going without needing to get into a car.
G returned to her online teaching. I found it hard to focus today. Don't know why. I need to be more productive tomorrow, so here's hoping. My picture is one of two pictures taken today from G's balcony. The garden is looking good and still being maintained. I saw a few people walking around on the footpaths. We had a sandstorm all day. Hoping now that the rain forecast materialises. That's always good! :)
On the CV front... the day began with 650,000 reported cases; later, on CNN, the latest figure was just over 700,000. These are big jumps in a very short space of time. ;(
