Red Velvet Cupcakes

I’ve made my first food shopping trip since the lockdown. I don’t think I’ve ever felt nervous about it before, I went with a list and whizzed around as quickly as possible. There were still groups dawdling about and getting far too close as far as I’m concerned! There are still things I didn’t manage to get but more importantly we’re all safe and well, hope you all are too.
