Digging out some vinyl from the early ‘90s from the stash in the garage; two of the coolest on the UK jazz scene at the time were Jason Rebello (A Clearer View, 1990) and Tommy Smith (Paris, 1992, featuring Jason on piano) - Tommy remains one of the most stylish (musically and sartorially) jazzers of the last 30 years whose contribution to Scottish music is/has been immense - a genuine international star
