Low tide = loads of space
We walked over 4 miles to Fisherrow and back. Yesterday’s biting wind had dropped but it was still chilly. The low tide enabled a walk into the harbour mouth. It was easy to imagine how this tidal harbour was built for the herring fleet in the 19th C. We met a number of our neighbours out walking too. We conversed at a distance. Later we set up a WhatsApp group to keep in touch with each other. A virtual drink with old friends and a welcome Tesco delivery too!
