Picnic by the ocean.

It's been a bright and sunny day again, but felt a bit tired, had a couple of restless nights....i seem to be waking up every few hours with numb hands!   this isn't new, but i can't figure out what's different and why it's doing it again now!!!  anyway, luckily i could have a nice laid back day.   Did trim the vases from the other day.....and what a treat to go into the studio and find it at 15 degrees....without putting on a wood stove!

Then Terry and i did one of our little visits to the beach, with beer (he had wine) cheese and crackers (i had peanuts) and we just watched the water for a while.   a lone grey seal kept popping it's glossy head up every now and then, very entertaining!
