A muffin a day....

So I gave in today and baked a little! What this lockdown is not doing to us!! As a rule I do not bake: because I usually finish off everything and frankly because I do not always have a lot of success. This recipe is one of my daughter’s fav ones and voila! It worked today! What a pity I cannot share a muffin with her. Now I have to find a cookie recipe that works- for our movie nights!
