Blossom and turtles

It was such a pretty day today, warm temperatures, blue skies with white fluffy clouds, the fresh green of new leaves and new grass, and loads of white blossom almost wherever you look. However, there was a strong and gusty wind, so we felt it was a day for a walk rather than a bike ride. Being a Sunday however, we started the day after breakfast with our church’s virtual service, recorded in segments in people’s homes, then put together. It worked very well, and it got our day off to a good start. We walked at Sharon Woods, where turtles as well as blossom were very much in evidence. On this one fallen tree at the edge of the water, we counted 19 turtles, some grown, some young, out sunning themselves!
