Spring lamb
Walked out this morning in lovely warm sun. A few others out but plenty of room to pass by in safety. A few lambs out in the fields and not just newborns either. The larch trees are starting to burst out with fresh green growth. I love them.
While I was out Cameraman was powerwashing the area outside the back door. We're all trying to tick off the jobs that have been on the to-do list forever. It looks good now. Too chilly to sit outside though. Bit of a northerly breeze.
Watched the First Minister's lunchtime briefing. Screening programmes suspended, understandably. And the Scottish Exhibition Centre is being transformed into a 1,000 bed NHS hospital. Scary stuff but necessary preparation.
I've enjoyed contributing to and looking at the #PictureOfABeach photo sharing on Twitter. Very soothing.
Had a quick video catch up with the Glasgow family and watched our grandson playing. There will be one with the girls later. In the meantime I'm doing some actual work in preparation for Thursday. That'll be a different day for sure.
Stay well everyone.
