8.04pm... and it’s still a little light

What a strange time we are in...
I’m gutted I can’t even go out for a walk... this is because I’m on the “ at Risk” list... one week down... 11 more to go or there about.
I have done a little exercise and Yoga today
Need to step it up as the time goes on..
my Daughter Helen... left shopping on the front doorstep ( I live in an Appt)... then we had a conversation through the window with at least 3 metres apart... Helen is a Teacher and has volunteered to go into school to look after the children of Key workers... today there were only 3 children in the whole school .. and two of them who were brothers let it slip that their Mum was at home.....and had said that she hadn’t said....so they could go to school.... there are always people who take Libertys
