He's back

After two weeks at the veterinary, Gentle was finally declared well enough to come home today.  The vet's assistant kindly brought him to me on campus, and he spent the rest of the afternoon re-establishing favourite pastimes and locations and telling me all about his two weeks in lockdown. He's still very thin and not fully recovered and I will be watching him very carefully in the coming days.
