A friend started a Twitter hashtag about what we can see through our windows while working from home. This was my snap.

Last Thursday, I went for a run, but pulled a muscle at the top of my leg - a classic groin strain. I could barely walk for two days (getting around with the aid of crutches - though that didn't stop me driving to Leeds and back on Friday to pick up Gus after the university started to shut - and not really in the mood to take photos) but I am a bit more mobile now. Will wait a week or so before resuming anything strenuous.
