Blencathra from the Walla Crag path

Our daily walk today took us along springs road and up Walla Crag, then a return along the Lake. The light was better in the morning today - so we were lucky, getting the best light on our walk. 

This is shot just starting the walk up Walla Crag, I loved the shadows and trees in the foreground, and of course Blencathra in the background looks so inviting!

I've added a mono as the extra - couldn't decide, but I think for me the colour had the edge because of the added separation the colours gave to the foreground
