Mystery Plant

I think it might be a type of Euphorbia - but am not sure. Don't think we planted it; it just self seeded some years ago.

Can anyone help with identification?

Update: I've been doing a bit more googling and think it might be a variety of Hellebore - maybe Helleborus Argutifolia?
