Hearts for Heroes

Walking this morning I spotted this - likely to be the only heart I would happen upon unless I created something. 
We walked early so that we could arrive at our local Birds bakers as they were opening in a limited way just 3 times a week. I was successful in getting sausage rolls for me and a neighbour and some luxury hot cross buns. 
Then coffee in our sunny conservatory and an afternoon of relaxation. I roused myself to make a veggie moussaka which we are about to eat!!
