Lockdown Day 12

My next door neighbour found this plant on her daily walk and has given it to me to see if I can revive it......no pressure then.
It will give me something to do for a while as I will now have to spend ages on the web researching how to save an unhappy rubber plant.
Anyone got any tips? :-)
