Bikini Beach
The wind had died down somewhat, and it was nice and warm so we decided to go down to the beach early, or before ten o'clock. There were very few people, and they all sat close to the walls , which I found really strange. We camped down in the middle of the tiny Bikini Beach and very soon discovered our mistake, the wind was still too strong for the sand to stay on the ground, so every now an then a prickly shower washed over us. We soon move close to walls too. The water was very cold and soon we had to leave anyway to fetch the third sister in law, from the Cape Town airport, which is an hour's drive away. On the way we actually went shopping in a mall on the way, still our timing was perfect and when we drove up, she walked out of the building.
In the evening we had the most delicious fish and chips at a crummy take away place across the street from our resort. I regret that we didn't have the opportunity to eat there again.
We had brought the puzzle with us and the rest of the evening was devoted to building it.
